The teen sat on the couch, legs hugged anxiously to his chest as his grandfather    caught up with that old professor guy in the next room, an uneasy gaze drifting    from the television and over to the robot who sat a little over a foot away from    him, drinking a bottle of beer. Morty wondered why a robot would be drinking    beer anyway. He was certainly no genius, but wouldn’t that mess up his, uh-    Whatever a robot had inside of them? Isn’t that why phones stopped working    when you accidentally dropped them in your bowl of cereal- I mean, when they    were left out in the rain? He thought about asking these questions out loud, but    what came out instead was more than a little less sensible.

“S-So you’re- You’re a robot, huh? Th-That’s pretty cool. One time when- wh-when    we were all sitting at breakfast my grandpa put together a robot really fast, j-just    to serve him butter.”
