so much hard work and love has been going into this project! dont mind the quality, it's just the screen recorder i'm using :p i think once the demo is done i'll have to take a small break, maybe promote elsewhere, and if i dont have funds for this then i'll have to knock it down in my priority list :,(! i really love this project, and i would hate to give it up, but it's hard have little to no audience, and doing allllll of it by myself. i do have a donations page, but i dont even know if i set it up properly :,0 i love making this game, and would love to do more in the future <3

Family Portrait, circa 1790.

this took me a couple of days to make, but i loved drawing it and i love how it turned out >:D i did reference some oil paintings to make this as authentic as i could, and i think it turned out beautiful :) this is just a painting that you can find in game, showcasing a family portrait. im very excited to keep working on my game, and its just been so cool watching it transform from nothing into an actual possible game that can be released :) i have SO much work ahead of me to actually complete the game, but as for demo i feel like I'm getting somewhat close to wrapping it up :,)

the thread unravels! beneath her flesh demo is almost here!! can you feel it!! grandmother's house is just a few stops away!!!!

what a long journey it has been :,) i remember i was playing gretel and hansel months ago, and that was the spark for this game. i wanted to make a game that was a twisted dark fairytale, and though i've tried making games before, this really stuck with me!! i kept designing/storyboarding, and there were so many ideas and worldbuilding and back story, i just couldnt stop creating!! and then i got more inspiration from sally face and fran bow, and then from broken age and even stacking (thank you double fine, it was wonderful emailing them and having that interaction so cool btw)... though this isnt big, and only a small circle of people know about this, this has been the coolest accomplishment for me :,) and soon, i get to proudly present the demo to anyone who wants to play! by no means am i a professional, and i have been doing this solo, but i hope that whoever comes across beneath her flesh loves it with their whole heart as much as i do :)

wow two month break from making the game and im BACK IN IT who woulda thunk!!! beneath her flesh is my favorite passion project, and i know i have few supporters, but im still excited and those few mean a lot to me :) i didnt mean to take such a long break, but sometimes its hard to keep going when running on empty :,p i just have 4 more major things to complete, then i'd say the demo is done!! i got 5 of them done the other day, and i feel like a beast >:D

working on this soft scene with Red. she’s in her own head a bit here... still animating some other bits, but i love how this looks :)

also figured out how to screenrecord on a higher quality >:D but now that the quality is better i have to downsize it so this is what we're working with >:,D i took a break, kind of longer than expected, but i'm back into working on my game! i have a checklist of things i need to finish up but i'm so proud of myself for getting this far! hopefully will be released later this year :)
