A very somber one, but probably the Anna Ripley one in Campaign 1.

The entire group coming together to strip her down bit by bit over Percy's death is just so resonant. Especially when you consider that Taliesin was very strongly considering letting that be Percy's end and without Keyleth and Vex's pleas, Ripley really would've been Percy's demise.

Regardless of Percy coming back, it's hard to think of a more emotional HDYWTDT and so I was always come back to it of... how often does a HDYWTDT make you want to cry. That's pretty special.

19. What’s your revision or editing process like?

I write it all out before I edit - including multi-chapter stories. Occasionally I will go back to a previous chapter to make sure I'm not accidentally writing a plot hole or ripping into the space time continuum, but for the most part, as far as I am concerned, whatever I wrote the day/week/month beforehand doesn't exist. I don't want to get caught up on editing and lose my momentum for writing, you know?

Once it's all done I re-read the whole story, making minor adjustments here or there but focusing mostly on if the story makes sense, if the flow works well, if the motifs and themes are cohesive, and, most importantly - if I still like it.

Then I go into the full edit; trying to catch spelling mistakes, fleshing out certain scenes, removing the excessive use of dashes and semicolons!

is it cheating to recommend a book i’ve already recommended on this blog? i’m gonna say not, because it’s honestly THE BEST. to quote, “allow me to recommend my all-time favorite series: Barbara Hambly’s Winterlands. It follows the story of a middle-aged hedge witch and her warrior-scholar husband; it’s got dragons, demons, complex and deeply flawed/human characters, and a realistic and sympathetic female protagonist torn between study of magic and (reluctant) motherhood. It’s beautiful and I adore it and I recommend it to EVERYONE.”
