i don’t. it was a conversation we had last year (before my depression worsened)

the rest is more personal so im gonna write under cut

i saw a sweet gifset post about sherlock and mycroft and it reminded me of how i crazy i was over the holmes brothers after watching TAB, and then i talked to her about it and instead of letting me have my fangirl moment she had to make it all about johnlock and it just made me realize now that actually she’d always been quite a shitty friend. coz i used to think i was the absolute shitty worthless burden useless person and she was the only kind soul who’d actually accept me. and like now i’m slowly realizing how much of how i used to feel last time was all because she controlled me with her manipulation. first she’d praise me, and then she’d shun me, and then she’d make me feel bad for thinking that she shunned me, and then she’d praise me again, etc. and like the holmes brothers thing was one of the subtle ways she’d make me feel dissatisfied or disappointing towards her, and then later on she’d make me feel bad for thinking badly of her. literally i’m realizing this more and more as i’m writing this and its kind of a relief to realize that i’m actually not worthless even back then, and the only reason why i felt that way was because it was an emotionally abusive friendship with her
