Chingri macher malai curri / prown curri with coconut gravy

Sunday,we always preferred something special dish for lunch.when I went out for shoping, I bought big size prown and coconut also.

As an Bengali,we are very much fond of prown /galda chingri 😋😋.Galda chingri malai curri it’s a bengali authentic dish.I used coconut paste.I prefer that coconut gravi.I also used home made garom masala and home made ghee.It’s come out more lip smacking. (more…
