I’m so sorry for the super late reply ;A; i also suck at explaining so pls bear with me

First, crop the desired scene (i always use the polygonal lasso tool) and then put a plain color background.

Second, for the sketch effect, you need to have set foreground and background colors first (the colors you want that will also match the background)

Third, with the selected layer you just cropped, click the filter and then filter gallery. And click the sketch folder and graphic pen. And finally, adjust the filters to suit your taste.
