Just a small update of GIFs and screens from recent backer updates of Tower 57, a dystopian, dieselpunk twin stick shooter.
At the time of the August update the team was focusing on the last 5% of the game, aiming to be done with certification process for consoles before November. We’ll probably see some slippage with actual release dates (none have been announced since the approval processes can lead to new things to fix), but I’d guess we’re still looking at a 2017 release.
Let’s all hope so, the game is one of the masterpieces of pixel art (sitting alongside Snake’s Owlboy) with legendary Cyangmou behind the square brushes.
