//What's Benji's sense of humor? What kinds of jokes does he tell? What does he laugh at?

Character development time! Give me some interesting questions about my character and I will answer.

Benji is the fast-talking, smartass-ish, sarcastic type. He likes to make jokes at the expense of others and himself (with the right people, anyways). Humor is also very much his armor. He uses it to deflect, and to keep people at arm’s length. He tends to like dry humor, or the kind that can match his own. In other words, if you’re a smartass, he’ll probably like your jokes.(Also, puns. Plays on words. Anything clever. )

How does your character respond to being made fun of?

Character development time! Give me some interesting questions about my character and I will answer.

It really depends on a few things. If a friend is having fun with him, teasing him or whatever, he’ll usually laugh along and shrug it off. No big deal, right? But with people who are very serious, well. It’s not so pretty. If they make fun of him to his face, depending on how he already feels about the person who’s making fun of him, he’d either 1.) roll his eyes and ignore the fuck out of them because he just doesn’t care or 2.) chew them up and spit them out (either with his own insults or with his fist).

Classic rock, alternative rock, metal.

☺- Something that makes your muse happy 

Visiting home always makes Benji happy. Though he’s not fond of the cold, being in Alaska always reminds him of simpler, happier times. He loves to be surrounded by his siblings and spend time with his mother. Even just small trinkets from home or even photos evoke strong memories of happiness. 

♯- Something that gets your muse angry

On that same note, Benji is very protective of his family. Particularly Kepler. Kepler is the youngest of the triplets -- a sweet, babyfaced computer nerd that only wants to crawl into a dark place and play Pokemon. He would do anything to protect him. And so, when Kepler struggles with people who misunderstand him, even bully him, Benji becomes explosively angry.

⌚- Does your muse worry about time?

As far as being on time/late, Benji does his best to be on time but never really masters it. He does often worry about the progression of time, and how quickly it seems to pass by. Time makes him anxious. But he does his best to push these fears aside and just not deal.

HC + Nightmare

Send me HC + a word and I’ll write a headcanon about it regarding my character.

Nightmares are the least of Benji’s worries. During stressful times, he’s very prone to sleep paralysis and night terrors in addition. These include hallucinations, and he most often sees an old hag during these night terrors.

40. What was the hardest decision they ever had to make in their life?

I think the toughest choice Benji has made isn't quite a defined moment in his history. I think it's more of the decision to become who he is. I think having to choose between what makes him happy and what makes his mother happy is very difficult for him on a day-to-day basis. He might not seem like much of a family guy, but Benji loves his family very much and hardly wants to disappoint them.
