Benji was looking forward to meeting up with Lachlan after work. However, upon seeing the other walk into Beanie’s with an upset look on his face, Benji knew something must’ve been up. After clocking out, he immediately made his way over to Lachlan, offering up a hug. At Lachlan’s words however, Benji couldn't help but chuckle. “Oh no, my evil plan has been discovered.” He joked. In all seriousness, he was hoping to make the other feel better. Wrapping his arms around Lachlan in return, Benji couldn’t help but smile. “I’m glad I could help.” And he wasn’t letting go until Lachlan did. “Do you want to talk about what’s bothering you?”

After dropping Penny off at her friend’s house for a playdate, Benji decided to go run a few errands. He sent out his brother’s birthday card, went and got gas for the car, and got some groceries. On the way home however, he was craving a vanilla latte. As a result, he went to the local coffee shop. After ordering and paying, he stood and waited. However as he was waiting, he noticed a familiar face headed in his direction. “Lachlan, hey! Funny seeing you here.” Even though he was used to running into his friend since it was a small town, it was still a pleasant surprise every time it happened.
