                    he felt a hand on his form , the touch gentle but enough to stir him from his light slumber , his eyes opening . slowly he shifted , looking toward the other currently leaning over him .                            with a soft exhale he rolled back , working on sitting up before the hand on his shoulder is pushing him back down . 

                  he goes with the motion , rolling onto his back and fully facing the intruder joining him in his bed . Wakatoshi managed to read his expression in the dark , the familiar pull of his lips into a steady smile and the university student found himself returning it .                          his hand rose up , fingers sliding through the strands of the others hair , pushing them back and out of the view of the others face , his eyes adjusting more easily to the darkness around them .

                Reon moved , situating himself beside the other male , and Wakatoshi shifted his own body to accompany the presence of the other .

        yahaba’s smile grew as the short kiss ended. Champagne brown eyes staring down at the other happily. Sure, this was a bit more forward than he had been, but really he couldn’t help it. Hands come to rest on Reon’s chest, anchoring him as he chases the kiss. 

        his lips brush the other’s again before he pulls away and settles his weight. Hopefully, this didn’t bother the other- he was still figuring out their boundaries. With a slight tilt to the head, Shigeru asked for silent permission.

        he was fidgeting, luckily for him Reon hadn’t answered the door yet. The setter has about thirty seconds to get it together before he makes a fool out of himself before the actual date begins. Stilling his arms at his sides, he waited. It was then that thoughts began to attack: should he have gotten flowers? What if the car is too dirty? Hopefully the reservation is upstanding.

        plastering a smile on his face, Yahaba collected himself in time for the other half of this date to step outside. Champagne brown eyes scan, not apparent enough to seem condescending, but enough to notice that Reon knew how to dress. 

       “are you ready? You look really nice.”

        was he too awkward? How should he act? First dates are hard.

All along

Another notification entered and a spark shone on his green eyes, though briefly. It was an habit, but it still made wonders on his humour. Ever since he had entered High School he had been part of a pen-pals around the country dynamic, he didn’t want to, but teachers insisted he needed to socialize more. And it had been pretty great. He had been assigned to someone from a different prefecture, but they were really kind and incredibly nice to him. Both of them spoke frequently, jogging the time between classes and extra curricular activities. It had been years of knowing and having this constant on his life and it relieved Wakatoshi deep inside, he at least knew he had one friend to count on.

His fingers clumsily pushed buttons, writing, correcting.

[TEXT] : Have you considered your university options yet?

He then pushed the sending button and the deed was done.

The time was coming close quickly, soon enough the graduation would be upon them and decisions had to be taken. Ushijima did have some options in mind, various university had already written invitations to him, but he had yet to decide. Of course, if there was any way he could go with his amazing friend to the same place, he would push forward and take it. He would do anything on his hands. Dedication was part of Ushijima Wakatoshi’s essence.
