Hell, they had pills to make up for the lack of sunlight in Iceland, taken every day to keep people from going funny but the island was drowning in light. That and sea water obviously, but that wasn’t the point. “Why?”
“Those are all common symptoms associated with a heatstroke,” Sophie was factual about it. “If I were you, I would be careful about it,” she continued. Her idea was not to install panic in the man, merely to inform him of something that could happen. “Heatstroke can lead to other serious issues such as organ failure, brain damage. In extreme cases, a heatstroke might even be able to kill you,” the brunette proceeded. “Have you talked to your captor about this? Or seen a surgeon to assess your condition?”
