While in a school trip in France (an exchange between my high school, and Marblehead’s high school), Ben Farrar went to the beach with his classmates and French penpals. He wanted to jump into water, but didn’t know he jumped into shallow water, so he hit the ground and broke a vertebrae. For now, he’s paralyzed. It’s been a month since the accident.

He’s still in a French hospital until he gets better so he can return in a hospital in Boston and continue his treatment. But this is pricey, so his family created a GoFundMe page. Please follow the link so you can read a bit more about the situation.
