History of Kombucha - Part 1

For the ease of presentation, I have decided to present this entire topic in 3 different parts. Part 1 will describe the period spanning from the beginning up till the year of 1913, a year in which the first scientific papers in Russia & in Germany were published about Kombucha. Definitely a diamond in our Kombucha collection - made with a legendary Black Phoenix Oolong, which is also a Dan Cong (Dancong in German). So let's explain the name & the terminology of this exceptional tea.
