some refs for colorverse families. @stonebutchsans helped initially design bernice and frank, the smiths were all done by me. some short descriptions for each--
bernice schmidt: mike’s mother. divorced his father at age 10 and did not take custody of him. she didn’t come back into his life until age 18, after the accident that gave him amnesia. she’s a religious catholic and quite passive aggressive. changed her name back to her maiden name after the divorce, and coerced mike into changing his last name as well.
frank golding: mike’s father. an abusive alcoholic. mike has no memories of him from after the accident and he was so horrible that bernice conspired to keep it that way.

rusty: fritz and franci’s father. a software developer. his wife is totally unaware of his cheating. has an illegitimate daughter two illegitimate children he doesn’t know about. (thanks ang for the correction because i’m a moron that forgot about one whole child.)
josie: fritz and franci’s mother. a stay at home mom and devout mormon. she’s supportive in her children’s interests, but she also coddles and shelters them.
franci: fritz’s younger sister. she’s in middle school. she likes to write fanfiction.
