It is not that hard to uplift their voices and not fucking butt in whining about it. Jesus fucking christ.

yknow as someone who's aroace-spec but enjoys romance and such, I really find it so like. fascinating??? in a bit of a negative way,, how so many people believe that friendship cannot be as deep and loving as romance is viewed to be. some of the people i care about most in my life are "just" my friends.

The idea that "FRIENDS dont look at eachother like that" is some nonsense because... yes they do? I read my friend's messages with a loving smile on my face. I engage their ramblings and love every second of reading them. I miss them with an ache in my heart when they can't chat or hang out. I think of them idly, every day. I LOVE my friends. But it isn't romance.

I don't know what the point of this ramble is, tbh. Get better at discussing character dynamics in ways that don't center romance now or something?? idk. the concept that one would have trouble talking abt a ship they like in any way that actually discusses WHY their dynamic is interesting kinda fucking baffles me lmao.

okay so like literally what was people's problem with Dawntrail, actually??? Im having a delightful time. The voice acting is pleasant, the worst i've heard has been an awkward line or two scattered across the multitude of voiced cutscenes. the characters are compelling, the conflicts feel natural, at least to me. I'm having a good time.
