imagine spending a day off of your job along with your favourite man on earth. president funny valentine's never been too much of a hedonistic kind of man, on the contrary, he'd always been cherishing the idea of working and doing everything in his power for the united states's sake and progress, but if he could get to spend some quality time alone with you, he was definitely not the one who was gonna say no. the two of you enjoyed resting on the bed you shared, not doing anything scandalous, just talking, relaxing and enjoying the peace only you could give him.
you had taken the habit to feed him something, at some hour in the afternoon that always changed. the majority of the days, you found yourself feeding him strawberries. he often asked for them, you had learnt he loved them. it was good to see president valentine's head resting on your lap, he looked like an angel and it held a strong grip on your heart. "you seem to enjoy feeding me quite a lot, my dearest." he would murmur, as you bring the nth strawberry to his mouth and he takes a gentle bite off of it. "this feels in fact heavenly. i could easily get used to this forever without any complaint."

being a pillar man and having so little time to stick around love matters, floyd would mainly be attracted to people thanks to their appearance first, then, if the personality matches his vibe, he's gonna roll with it. the kind of appearance he looks for isn't about weight, skin, perfect complexion or anything. no beauty standards in his head. for example, his girlfriend avidia (@leftsidebonfire) has blue hair, and a sweet smile that immediately caught his attention. he did not look at her body shape or anything else. not to mention her personality caused him to fall in love almost immediately.

↳ when you first became a couple, kira knew you were a person who had dreams and career goals to pursue. he promised himself he would have helped the best he could, and you can say under any perspective that you aren't disappointed at all.
↳ yoshikage had never been one for love, and you had always been busy by yourself. so for the both of you, your love story was being a kind of a challenge. and ambition was the main key word. the feeling was true, though, none of you was feeling forced into it. you were a solid couple.
↳ you first exposed your doubts about your career to him during lunch. just like him, you used to enjoy a st. gentleman's sandwich, eaten under the shadow of a tree. a quiet lunch, none of you usually spoke, and it was just pure happiness.
↳ but that one time, you broke the peace to confess your fears to your man, and differently from how you had imagined, he'd been completely down to listen.
↳ he didn't dare to interrupt you. he liked when you poured your heart out to him about whatever bothered you, and you weren't used to doing it so much. so kira avoided interrupting you, allowing you to let it all out freely.

↳ kira is a man who doesn't have many ambitions, but he surely validates work and considers it important. his kame yu job fills his days, and he's been the best employee several times for his efficiency and thoroughness.
↳ so he's gonna use himself as an example, by telling you that you don't have to be super ambitious to achieve a good life. you need to be regular on what to do, make sure you enjoy it, and if you don't, to do all it requires to make it meet your standards.
↳ basically the same thing you did with the daily schedule. he never forced his lifestyle on you, you spontaneously tried it and adjusted it to your own needs, and none of each other's schedules encumbers on the other's.

↳ he's also gonna suggest to buy and customize a bullet journal of your own. he used to have it in his youth, when he had to write down his lessons and assignments. at thirty-three, he doesn't have a bullet journal, but still keeps a well organized agenda. (kira having a bullet journal in his youth is a personal favourite headcanon, my god...)
↳ kira also suggests putting on some nail polish or get a manicure once in a while. the man claims that having clean hands can help productivity.
↳ your man is down to help you in every single step, he even brought up the chance to get a day off, at the condition that the two of you will be busy on your project in the exact time in which he should be working at the kame yu. he gotta keep his biological clock the same as always, he's not gonna wake up later than usual just for the day off.
↳ you're fine with it, of course. he still gave you the chance to decide how to organize your day off, but you decided to just follow whatever he did.
↳ needless to say, you feel lucky you have a man like yoshikage in your life. he helps to get you organized, without forcing anything on you, and is down to make little changes to make your relationship work out, just like you do with him.

♥︎ kira is new to relationships. having a hand with the person attached to it is a new feeling, so jealousy is a sensitive topic for him. whenever you're around with him, the man does not move away from you. he sometimes risks to invade your vital space too much, but it'll be enough to give him a lot of attention, or even better, hold his hand. all he wants is just to preserve you, you're the thing he values the most in his life.

♥︎ the two of you mostly kiss when you're alone. your pda just gets to holding hands, but that's basically the greatest display of affection, when it comes to kira. anyways, he enjoys kissing your lips, of course. it's the sweetest kind of kiss, never exaggerated nor scandalous, no matter the situation. it is the most unproblematic kiss, right after the little pecks on your hand, that are a personal favourites of his. yoshikage is also a big fun of receiving kisses on his cheeks for some reason. but the truth is that mr. kira likes to be pampered more than he admits, and might fuck up his routine for some kisses.

♥︎ at the beginning of your relationship, kira used to be your little spoon. it was because he kept on giving you his shoulders, since he was used to sleeping alone and didn't do it on purpose or to ignore you. so you took the habit to hug him fron behind and give him a little kiss on his back, so that he could get your affection, no matter what. yoshikage did nothing to keep you from doing it, in fact, he loved to be the little spoon.
♥︎ but he also likes is to lie on his back, and to have you in his arms. you're warm, and yoshikage loves warmth. this is a double win, since you're also able to listen to his heartbeat. on some nights, you can feel something else holding you, and that's how you know for sure that killer queen has just joined you and your man to sleep with the two of you. sometimes you wake up to kira being in the kitchen and you hugging the stand.
