*Besan bread toast* Recipe: Ingredients - 4 slices bread, oil, 5 tbsp gram flour, 1/2 tsp ajwain, 2 pinch of turmeric powder, salt to taste, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tbsp coriander powder, 1 small cup finely chopped veges (onion, tomato, capsicum, coriander leaves), water according to the consistency of a smooth paste to be applied on bread. Method (for batter) - 1. In a bowl take gram flour and add ajwain, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix these. 2. Now add water spoon by spoon and make a smooth paste. Then add the cut veges and mix it all well. Method (for toast) - 3. In a pan take some oil and heat it well. Now take a slice of bread and let it heat from one side. 4. On the other side of the bread piece, apply the batter. Now flip the piece carefully. 5. Press it well and apply the the batter on the top side. Toast on the other side as well. 6. Repeat frying on both the sides on low flame till the batter is completely cooked. The toast must turn golden brown.
