Omg I Sooo Love My Primary Care Doctor! She Called Me The Other Day Cause She Wanted To Check On Me And To See How I, My Husband & Daughter Was Doing & How Our The Move To The New Casa Was! We Talk For 25 Minutes, 5 Minutes Was About My Health & 20 Minutes Was About Normal Casual Talk! She's So Down To Earth & A Great Person! Every Time We See My Doctor Or Talk, She's Says At The End Of Our Visit Or Conversation "Take Care My Babies, Njoy Ya Day & That She Loves Us, Be Safe & Take Care"! She's One Of The Best Physicians 👩‍⚕️ I've Ever Had In Yearsss! My doctor is awesome

Today we were talking about natural methods to combat depression so I don't have to stay on the meds forever. Among a few other suggestions, she recommended Pet Therapy. And the conversation went something like this:

"Another thing you can try is Pet Therapy"                     

"I actually have a cat now, he's pretty great”

"Oh that's great! Do you play with him?”

“Yup, and he snuggles with me too”

“Well you should get another one. I’m going to write you a prescription for one. Doctor’s orders”
