This excellent Salmon Gravlax brunch at @AustinVespaio stays true to the history of the spot while turning it up a notch. I still wish they had the semolina frittella with gelato, but this softens the blow and is a great brunch option. #brunch
We’ve been going to Enoteca Vespaio for years. In fact there was a time where we were there on almost a weekly basis to get some brunch. When word broke that the original owners sold the place, we were a little worried. Who knows what could happen.
