Tilly is in some sort of trance as she’s performing Gothel’s ritual, and a tied up Detective Rogers tries to reach her. It doesn’t work.
A Final Plea in episode 7x19 “Flower Child”
Rogers makes one last plea to Tilly not to take Gothel’s hand and close the circle, which will unleash her magic on all of mankind.
