David arrived with us late in the evening during a bonfire on the beach. All he could see was darkness on the beach with a few lights from the local homes strewn down the beach. He looked at me with the biggest smile on his face and said, "I have no idea what's out there, but I'm ready to find out." One of the sweetest men I've met.
