CRUNCHY GARLIC IN CHILI OIL. Gotta love my mom, the homemaker. She recently concocted something yummy for the world to enjoy. Since then, I couldn’t eat any of my meals without it. It just blends well with rice and all other types of food perfectly. I’m not even a fan of spicy thangs but this makes my mouth water. I know I totally sound biased but the product will speak for itself once mixed with your food and tasted. I also love how my mom took several attempts before perfecting this bottle of yum. From the late night hours of cooking to peeling the garlic cloves herself that made her fingers swell. I’m just immensely so proud of her and this product, ultimately. We named it after my Great Grandmother Josefina “Pepang” S. De Castro who took care of us and fed us constantly when we were kids. It was initially called Doña Josefina but changed it last minute cos Doña Pepang has a certain ring and appeal to it. So, what’re you waiting for? “Pasok, mga suki.
