Attitude is everything!! Shout out, kudos and God speed to this young lady!! I watched her relentlessly scrub to remove stains from the concrete at #QuickTrip. For those who live up north, QT is our WAWA. The temp is 94 degrees and she is sweating profusely but never stopped or gave up. My heart told me to tip her for her diligence. I called her over and offered her a little something...she thanked us for our generosity and refused the gift. She went on to say that this is her job and she couldn't take any tips. She said that QT pays her a salary, provides benefits and pays tuition reimbursement. Marissa is EVERYTHING!! She is a hard working young lady who takes pride in herself and her job. She is also a college student. I love her positive attitude, commitment to her job and her friendly vibe! It is not the job but it's the flair that one brings to it. This is how it's done!!
