An idea I’ve been working on and off for a while: The story of the Burnt Tower.

But Rai, En and Sui (the beta versions of Raikou, Entei and Suicune) are cryptids.

En is a good dog, and way less bizarre looking than Entei.  It’s the least weird looking of the beta dogs, all its proportions make sense and it doesn’t have anime hair.  I think I would have liked some anime hair, but we can’t have everything I guess.

Y’know, if you took En and Mikon and tweaked them to look just a touch more like each other we could’ve had a whole evolutionary line that woulda worked great.  That could’ve been nice to have.

En/Beta Entei

Of the sparkledog trio, En’s the least sparkly. He doesn’t even have anime hair! He’s a good dog though. If Rai was the rival, En’s the anime protagonist of the trio. Normal enough to be relatable, but cool enough to stand out.

So, like, what if beta Raikou, Suicune, and Entei were the pokemon that died in the burned tower and oh-ho revived them into their current forms?
