I figured out why his nickname is Forgot. Not because he's been forgotten by others, but because he forgot himself!

What if, after he killed Flowey, Papyrus suffered from so many negative emotions that he gained Generalized Dissociative Amnesia and completely forgot everything!?

(Yes, it's pretty dark. That's the point. I always wanted Forgot to be a very dark take on Papyrus. This is fricking perfect!)

Still don't really know why this is a thing, but it's Papyrus so I guess I gotta get in on it. Might as well use ALL my Papyruses, right? Please note though, I'm NOT usually the kind to 🤬 so I'm gonna put the dialogue under this cut. Enjoy?

Okay, I officially have no idea what this guy's lore is...

So here's the original story I made for him as a child:

For unknown reasons, Papyrus was left in the Underground after Frisk completed a True Pacifist Route.

That's it. That was Forgot's entire lore. AND IT SUCKS!!!!

But that's the problem. It's such a bad origin I can't think of anything better!

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME OUT HERE!!??
