While I'm working on more art, I just wanted to point out something I feel needs to be addressed.

I'm reworking ALL of Pow!UnderTear.

Long winded rant below

The main reason for this:

I made this AU as a child and a lot of things don't line up nowadays. I want to fix this. So, I'm remaking this AU from the ground up!

Here's a checklist of things that are changing:

The Name (confused for another FAR more popular AU too much)

The Type of AU (simply switching roles of certain characters has gotten kinda old to me)

The Characters (not only is everyone either copy paste or unchanged, but I want the original characters I've made for it to be recognized [not the focus, just less forgettable])

That being said about the last part, not every character will be changed completely. Original characters (such as Trajan, Tate, and more) may only get minor alterations to make them more memorable. Pre-existing characters (such as Papyrus, Sans, and more) will only be changed if I feel they don't belong.

Now, with all of that out of the way, I could use some help with the new name. I don't know where to start with that! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Itsy and Reaper

While both children are born from the great Papyrus, Grunt Reaper Aster (aka Reaper) is the son of Napstablook while Ceviche One Aster (nicknamed Itsy) is the daughter of Muffet.

Reaper is the older sibling by a day. He carries the Dragon gene Papyrus has and does have a dragon form. He also likes sovling his dad's puzzles and training with him.

Itsy may be the younger sibling, but that doesn't make her weaker. In fact, she has Papyrus's blue magic and can mix it with the purple magic she inherited from Muffet. She also gets along well with both her mom AND her aunt, Napstablook.

(I wanted to draw art of these examples, but I got lazy. Maybe later.)

Because I just recently got this idea, here's some UnderTear stuff for you all.

Context below

(Context: seeing how Napstablook takes Alphys' place and Papyrus takes Undyne's, they originally had a very cute romance by themselves. However, after @/naomiemuffet introduced me to the Papyfet/Muffyrus ship, I kinda digged it. At first I wasn't sure if I should've gone for it and derail the original romance, but I quickly got an idea. So I decided it would be a "Catfight" scenario where Muffet and Napstablook continuously fight for Papyrus's heart.)

(UnderTear) Two spiders taking selfies 🕷

One spider being the star of the Underground, while the other entertains through more 'mature' means.

For those curious, the left spider is Muffet. The one on the right is her older cousin, Lizzie. She's been with Muffet since Muffet was born, taking care of her all the while. Similar to how Muffet's name is a reference to a nursery rhyme, Lizzie's is as well.

(Muffet is 19. Lizzie is 26.)

Tate - 16 Atk 9 Def/LV 1/Kindness

A mysterious human who resides in Snowdin.

Before falling into the underground, Tate was an anarchist who never liked the idea of war. When he learnt of the history of monsters, he couldn't stand being around his own kind. After studying every detail, he traveled to Mt Ebott to see if monsters were still alive.

After meeting Toriel and promising her to return when he could, Tate traversed through Snowdin, finding a few good spots where no monsters would find him. Asriel would usually hangout with him to make sure he's safe, even get him a snack from Alphys'.

On a neutral route, he would never take off his cloak. On pacifist, he'd only take it off once he trust Frisk. On genocide, he'd only take it off so Frisk would see the face of the one who killed them.

Bonus quote for Tate:

"Don't mistake my KINDNESS for a weakness..."
