Not enough energy to truly make this so here's my Papyrus Day art.

I figured out why his nickname is Forgot. Not because he's been forgotten by others, but because he forgot himself!

What if, after he killed Flowey, Papyrus suffered from so many negative emotions that he gained Generalized Dissociative Amnesia and completely forgot everything!?

(Yes, it's pretty dark. That's the point. I always wanted Forgot to be a very dark take on Papyrus. This is fricking perfect!)

So I finished the Papyruses Angst compilation (if that's what we calling this...). Just a few warnings:

I may be misinterpreting angst with some of these

Some are legit kinda disturbing

With that out of the way, here's angst art of the Pow!Tear, Rough, Pharoah, Sketchbook, Icarus, and Forgot Papyruses!!

(The last one is my personal favorite. And haven't even finished him yet!!) (Also apologies if any of this disturbs you. I dunno what to tell ya.)

Okay, I officially have no idea what this guy's lore is...

So here's the original story I made for him as a child:

For unknown reasons, Papyrus was left in the Underground after Frisk completed a True Pacifist Route.

That's it. That was Forgot's entire lore. AND IT SUCKS!!!!

But that's the problem. It's such a bad origin I can't think of anything better!

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME OUT HERE!!??

We still aren't yet going back to Zaggy because I finally know WHY Papyrus is the only one left in the Underground.

THE FRICKING FLOWER!!!

When I first came up with Forgot, I wasn't aware that Papyrus was "friends" with Flowey. Years later, I finally have it down. Papyrus is left in the Underground as punishment for being an accomplice to Flowey's time space destruction.

Outraged, Papyrus would eventually kill Flowey to make sure he can never trick anyone ever again.
