Today, September 10th, is World Suicide Prevention Day. This is Bethany, a beautiful girl and a beautiful spirit and my heart aches when I think of her and her family and how her loss has hurt them. Please, always remember that you matter and that you are loved. Never let anyone or anything make you think otherwise. If you’re struggling, if you’re hurting, reach out. It can be so hard to lean on people, but please just talk to someone. Family, friends, anyone. If you know someone who is hurting, just BE there for them. You don’t have to solve their problems.
