Dear Betta and other Fish Blogs, 

I just wanted to say that I am extremely impressed by the way y’all handle other people’s missed informed decisions. I follow a quite a few betta blogs and I am honestly super impressed at they way that y’all can so kindly tell people that they should probably change things in their tank set up. When I first started following these blogs I was embarrassed to post photos of my betta for fear that y’all would see my one gallon tank and attack me. After a few weeks of reading through all of y’alls wonderful posts I see that y’all are a very supportive community that seeks to share information and offer guidance and that y’all understand that not everyone can afford extremely large set ups and fancy equipment. Thanks to the very well worded and well meaning constructive criticism that y’all have offered others I have been able to better provide for my own betta and have begun to save up for a 5 gallon tank. I am honestly terrible with words and trying to make arguments, I would probably just end up bashing people if I tried to do what y’all do. Thanks for being so awesome.
