The new kid in town

I don't have a name for him yet but he's an angry old man. Look at his lips man. I love the pink just before the lips start and also how he has such a nice metallic blend of blues, greens and purples.

Hey bettablr....i need help. Jayjays been chilling at the bottom of the tank since this morning. I did a water change n dosed the water with parasite and fungus medicine and some aquarium salt. From how he moved when i lifted him for air (incase he hadnt been doing so himself) i figured hm looks like swim bladder? N went off to college in a stress blur worrying. Exept now hes still wallowing at the bottom n ....his proportions look....wrong? I didnt see him eat his flates (iknow i know but i dont know where to buy pellets) and he wasnt even interested in a bloodworm Ive only had him 1 year n i KNOW they live for like 4 average minimum. His tanks 24 lt. So like 5.5 gallon. Its just him and a plant in there. Pls help i dont even know what to google to help myself here
