"Why the hell should I listen to you?!"
"Never mind, I'll find someone like you." [ im not sorry :c ]
If Victor Stone had to select his 'achilles heel', it would be that he never once learned from his mistakes. Of course, Victor had far more than just one flaw. Whether or not that contributed to the situation at hand is to be determined, but the point remains that his downfall would surely be his inability to only make a mistake once. At seventeen, he hadn't even been ready to handle Jinx. Of course, very few could. She was strong and beautiful and he fell for her because he was a hero and she was a villain, but how could anyone see the difference when they shared a class? At seventeen, he snuck a kiss at a poorly funded dance at HIVE Academy and he prayed she couldn't feel the coolness of metal. He broke her heart only two weeks later. He had delayed his next mistake with a ten year long relationship. Karen, referred to lovingly as his Honeybee, and Victor, referred to just as lovingly as Sparky, had fallen in love. She ignored his metal and he ignored their arguments and they lived in a dream of a relationship before they woke up in the midst of a nightmare. Their arguments grew, and both of them lost sight of what good they saw in the other. Victor couldn't handle her - just as she couldn't handle him. Almost twelve years after meeting one another, papers were signed and Victor found himself numb. He was alone - more so than he had been in over a decade and he didn't know how to handle it. He threw himself into fighting, into anything that didn't necessarily involve talking to people filled only with pity and half-hearted condolences. The divorce had been half his idea, hadn't it? Why be sorry, he would ask himself, wondering why being alone made him feel that much more separated from anything with a heartbeat. His mistake, he decided, was falling for anyone. Chunks of metal weren't meant to love and receive love in return. He would be alone, and only then would he be safe. Being a hero wasn't a solitary job. He was surprised to find Jinx nearby. Had she ever left, he asked himself, catching himself looking at her more than once. She was still beautiful - deadlier though she was - and through either fate or her own design, she seemed just as alone as he was. So Victor made the same mistake he had made when he was known as Stone and the good of a mission was forgotten in crowded lunchrooms and the dim lights of an underfunded dance. He fell for her. And somehow, she fell too. Victor's mistakes were numerous. First, he had made the mistake of falling for Jinx and breaking her heart. Second, he made the mistake of falling for someone too similar to her. Third, he ignored every part of himself that told him it was a horrible idea to be with anyone again and take the risk of losing all of himself once more. His final mistake was falling for Jinx one more time and choosing to stay with her through arguments and late nights and tears. And he made that mistake again every single day for the rest of his life.

Wheel of Fortune:Does your muse believe in luck?
Not in an incredibly serious way, but yes, he does in a way.

♔ :Finding your muse wearing their clothes
Leaning against the door frame of his room Thad was just watching with a smug satisfaction. It was moments like these that he was thankful for taking a moment to be slow about things rather than rushing from Point A to Point B as per usual. Really. Catching people was always the most fun when they didn’t realize you were coming. “If you liked them so much, you could’ve told me.” He said breaking the silence. A wide grin plastered to his face as he pointed to his pair of goggles on Jinx’s head. Green wasn’t too bad of color on her.
