Donovan-Parke Pinot Noir California 2012 - This red has fruity nodes, a full body and a smooth finish. I like how it's smooth to drink and has a bit of a bite as you swallow it. This wine definitely requires being aerated. I'm a fan and will gladly buy this again for my own personal consumption and/or as a gift.
Knee Deep & Track 7 Brewing's Knee Deep in Beer Week 2013 (Picked up at Bev Mo). A 3 of 4. Nose is all citrus - lots of orange and grapefruit, but not the pithy type. Drinks with a pretty thick body that is powerfully bitter (101 IBU), and finishes with some slightly sweet citrus. Leaves your palate a bit bitter, but a very solid Double IPA. Huge nose, and very clean and filtered. I think I personally prefer the unfiltered massive IPAs (Drake's Hopocalypse style), but this is still great stuff.
