i've managed to grow my nails by putting oil on them! Like, every time i got my fingers near to my mouth, i will take the oil (one of those that come in nail polish bottles with the brush and all it doesn't even has to be expensive) and apply it and rub my fingers. It keeps your mind focuses on them still, but without harming you uwu Maybe it will serve you!

So is this like any kind of oil or does it have a specific name?
