Mikaru Fukami is Ryutaro's younger sister, 3 years his junior. Their parents passed in an accident when they were young, and since then they have been raised by their maternal aunt, the head priestess of a Shinto temple. While Ryutaro travels for fortune telling work under their aunt's supervision, she stays at home, attending school and assisting with shrine duties. She does not have any clairvoyant abilities but has taken a liking to mikomai/kagura (ceremonial dance)

She is a cheerful and free-spirited personality, which often leads to her clashing with her strict aunt. Though Ryutaro has often asserted his maturity over her, their tendency to get into typical sibling spats brings out an unusually juvenile side to him. Still, their bond is deep; Mikaru admires her brother's abilities, and Ryutaro works hard to secure a future for her.

Her bey is based on the constellation of the crane. She's a casual blader and enjoys spars with Ryutaro, doesn't enter competitions very much. I don't have many ideas for the bey or her blading style blehh 🤪
