The Long Assignment // beyondcarter

Lucky wasn't a fan of solo missions. Especially when they were projected to be extended missions. As she looked over the file it was clear this could take anywhere from two weeks to a month. She groaned. Going undercover was fun and all, but really it wasn't fun when it required going back to high school.

Her job was to find the source of the weird events happening in the town. They thought maybe it was an 084, but Coulson requested she go in and check it out for herself. He knew her powers could keep her out of trouble and he trusted her to handle the situation appropriately.

Lucky stepped out of the office swiftly as she headed towards her first class only to bump into someone. She stumbled a bit, but managed to stay upright.

"Sorry," she said as she stepped backwards.
