No more diet!

I have always known that I had a bad relationship with food and always had a hang up about the way my body looked. I have been on diets for over 16 years and only once came close to happiness with my body in the summer of 2013. But the effort to maintain that body was not sustainable! For me food has always been a treat and a sin. If I feel hungry when on the diet I would find a way to justify bad food as a well earned reward or treat for some random reason. Once I have had anything 'outside the diet rules' it would become a sin and I would mentally beat myself up for it. Then once I had blown it there was no stopping me. I always found an excuse to eat the 'bad' food. Over the weekend I found a new concept of #NO MORE DIET in #beyondchocolate with an online learning course about the psychology of eating.
