Argh! This whole no sleeping thing is getting ridiculous! I have had little to no sleep for about 6 months! I might get one or 2 good sleeps then nothing for weeks! I usually leave my phone on the other side of the bed (Craigs side) so it's not electronics. I don't have the TV on before 'sleep.' I have even tried sleeping in a different room! I get up earlier, I avoid naps and I still cannot get a decent sleep! I'm at my Whits end! #insomniac #nocturnal #whycanineversleep #beyondexhausted
