...welp...I officially have a ship in mind for my BTF series...I was thinking of Morganite being bubbled away and came back for revenge on Pink somehow with this design I made.

HUGE BTF FUTURE CHAPTER AND NOVEL SPOILER WARNING!!!

Yes I know this will be a HUGE spoiler but I couldn't help but share this with you all!

Sigh "Finally we were able to feed her. There ya go sweetie." Tori cooed and giggled happily as her arms and legs kinda moved while being laid down in the cradle.

Spinel and Steven stood in front of the piece of baby furniture, looking relieved. Not to mention tired.

They rarely got to relax ever since they officially left Beach City to go out and see the world together. Especially with Tori being with them. And their appearance says it all. Their hair was a mess and there were bags under their eyes. However, they still managed to take care of their daughter and be patient with her.

"Glad we went to the store just in time. That discount on that 12 pack baby formula really helped us." Steven said, rubbing the back of his head. Spinel smiled and had her hands in her pockets of her jeans.

"Yeah true that. And I gotta be honest, I'm exhausted." Steven chuckled a little.

"The same for me. Tori really has been giving us trouble. Ever since we left Beach City." Spinel now no longer had her hands in her pockets. She then shrugged to the side a little.

That is true. And stars, we rarely do get sleep thanks to her."

"Yeah. Though, I have to admit…I think...were getting better at this." Spinel raised a brow and her smiled went away.

"Huh? Getting better at what?" she asked. Steven smiled at her.

"At being parents." Spinel blinked at Steven, looking more confused.

"When Tori first came to life, we were so unprepared for something like this. To suddenly raise a child that we didn't mean to let it come to life almost during battle. And especially having a child that has Diamond powers including flying and creating bubbles and having your powers with her stretching and all, she is such a handful and hard to maintain. But...the more time we take care of her, we just...love our daughter even more…"

Spinel was silent, letting Steven continue talking. Though in her pupils, she understood and agreed with Steven's explanation. All of it was true. Taking care of Tori was very much trouble. And again, they were always so tired. But what makes up for taking care of Tori, is that Steven and Spinel loved their child very dearly.

"I never really considered of calling myself a dad. I mean, I knew I was gonna be a dad someday, but I didn't know that that day would come so soon. I remember my dad always being there for me and just being like any other dad. And I'm not gonna brag or anything, but I would say I'm really am being a good dad to Tori." Steven smiled at Spinel.

"And your a really good mom, Spinel. You really are. Always loving and caring for Tori, I even can't help but love you more." Spinel looked surprised at Steven, blushing to her face. She quickly glanced and turned away from her boyfriend with a nervous smile, her face flushed pink.
