There is the strangest beauty in the worst of times. People I know are losing it and others are finding it. We’re moving step by step towards something in which we can never predict. We’ll appreciate the day when we can finally hug our friends and family agin, when we can sit in a crowd of people without the fear of dying. We’ll connect in ways we never thought possible. Maybe be more mindful of how awe spend our money and who we support. We’ll stop lining the pockets of billionaires who care nothing about us. We’ll realize the power that we have individually and even more so as a whole, and focus it towards actually good. We’ll be ourselves, in ways we never knew we previously existed, and life will never be the same. There will be no going back to “normal” but normal was a lie. We’re ever changing, constant movement, love and hate, dark and light, everything and nothing and we exist outside of social media. We exist outside of other people’s perception, of our work being based on a dollar sign. We exist for ourselves, and we can finally understand that we’re worth way more than capitalism ever gave us credit for. We won’t go marching into the streets to return to being cattle in order to make the stock market flutter, or to appease the Orange man on the house of white. We’ll understand the power in diversity, and change, and let people thrive at being show they are rather than limited by what religion thinks we have to be. Late night ramble and doodles. Sleep well, there is hope. . . . #procreateart #randomthoughts #covid19 #beyondthismoment #digitalart #digitalpainting #portrait (at Albuquerque, New Mexico) https://www.instagram.com/p/B-bVBdoAyOW/?igshid=xrex3l040233
