Invest in yourself first

It could be something small like slaying your hair in the morning, or do 45 min work outs at home… or something like keeping up with yourself nail salons, hair changes, a random sexy outfit to the grocery store, light make up for no reason. Invest something into your self to feel good. You will start to feel the process if you continue to switch it up daily. Invest in you! Be you! Don’t let anyone tell you anything about your choices in that day! Read positive quotes and blogs be, confident! You are your own person! And if you already do these things and have invested in yourself then give yourself credit for it every day. Take 5 or 10 minutes out of your day somewhere peaceful to sit down and give yourself credit for everything YOU do.
