"i think grams already figured out we're planning her surprise birthday party."
a heavy exhale, sliding onto the stool next to elena, bonnie crosses her arms over the bar counter and rests her head on them. she hasn't been sleeping well, and it shows on the exhausted countenance she tries to conceal behind her bangs. odd dreams plague her nights, voices and images she knows aren't just at random. a crow, perching atop a gravestone. a lamb with an open throat, bleeding on the ground.
grams has been acting oddly as well, and even though bonnie assumes it's because she hates the notion of growing older, something else seems to be looming over them as of late.
"she's been quiet lately. moody. i don't think i should've listened to caroline's idea of throwing her a secret party," with a grimace, bonnie turns to face her friend, "i'd give her a ticket to a fancy cruise but i know she'd hate that present even more." @graveyirl
