I wish you could hug him and tell him you can be together without sleeping together. I absolutely adore this hug scene, and every time I want to hug him. He deserves that hug. But also .. let me assure him that I don't need this to be about sex.

This scene took me completely by surprise. I had never entered the shadowcursed lands from the underdark before except as a high elf, so Adin stepping out into the shadowcursed lands and actually talking was so exciting! Enjoy Adin's voice and what he actually looks like speaking, since I managed to get a clip of it

Adin has been in his fair share of situations... But he never could have predicted getting captured by mind flayers and having to fly the nautaloid out of Avernus. Archdruid or not, he no longer had the capabilities he once had now that he was host to the parasite. The fact that he and his allies even made it off the nautaloid at all was a miracle in itself, let alone with one of them wielding the cambion's flaming sword.

The locals prove compliant. A useful trait.

Though I had never originally intended this boy to be with Lae'zel the first time I made him, their romance ended up being so sweet. I've probably remade Adin 4-5 times by now doing different AUs, and only ended up finishing two of those playthroughs. The first one being the first time I made Adin, where he and Lae'zel stayed in Faerûn and raised their child together. The second being the first Durge!Adin run where he and Astarion finally got together and went off together to find a way for Astarion to walk in the sun again. Since the first time I have been wanting to do another Lae'zel and Adin run, so I decided he gets Gale and Lae'zel this time. I forgot how truly easy it was for him to get her to like him, because I hadn't been trying at all the first time and this time while I was intending for them to get together I certainly didn't have to try. It was only after the second long rest that her ! popped up and she propositioned Adin so 👀 She really loves her intimidating drow man. What can I say?

Osiris and Adin needed to meet, so my spouse and I have started a new coop with my Bhaalist!Adin AU. I hope you guys enjoy him as much as I do! His love interests this time are Lae'zel (who is his OG love interest from when Astarion had standards) and Gale. In the actual AU, Osiris and Adin would be together instead, with Astarion and Gale as their main companions.
