Gale: I found an empty bottle of venom in camp, Minthara. Safe to assume it was yours? Minthara: Indeed. I have been dosing my partner while they sleep by my side. They refuse to take it in their food, but I must build up their immunity in case we ever visit Menzoberranzan together Gale: Let's never speak of this again.
here are some events from the script i really loved
spoilers for act 3 of baldur's gate 3! specifically the circus events
Rolan is such a sweet softie and his relationship with his siblings is so wholesome
From the script, lmao that he's called a prodigy. I love the context the script provides in the character POV
Synopsis: This occurs betwen Lia, Cal and Ronan. There are mixed ADs which occur - when they're arguing about when to stay and go, when they've decided to stay and when they've decided to go.
Cal: How long will it take to get to Baldur's Gate? Rolan (A note of humour in your voice - very much a "are we there yet, are we there yet" situation): Depends. How often are you going to ask that?
Rolan (Talking about things to do in Baldur's Gate - excited): We should add the Elfsong Tavern to the list
Lia (A wry smile, you're happy to see your Rolan so excited): So long as you're paying.
Cal (Your sister has conned Rolan into paying - you're teasing him): Drinks on Rolan? Count me in. Rolan (A wry smile even as you pretend to be grumpy - Lia and Rolan are teasing you and you're pretending to hate it): I swear, I've never met such a pair of cheapskates.
--------------------
Cal (You and your sister are talking to each other - teasing Rolan): How long until Rolan shows off his Thunderwave?
Lia (Ibid. A smile - Rolan has a massive ego but you love him for it.): Depends. How many people are dumb enough to ask? ------------ Cal: Don't be grumpy, Rolan. We'll get to the city soon.
Rolan (You are grumpy but few can cheer you up like Cal can): I am not grumpy.
Cal (A big smile as you tease Rolan, knowing you're cheering him up): The scowl on your face would frighten a troll.
Rolan (Despite your best efforts a smile breaks out on your face - you tease Cal back): Heh. You're an idiot.
Party banter between Wyll and Minthara
It's unlikely anyone will see this since it's hard to have them both in the party Minthara: You confound me, Wyll. You have all the illustrious iniquities of a warlock, and you choose to impress your partner with dancing?
Wyll: Well I'm hardly going to say 'oh come here, have a hug in the arms of Hadar'.
=====
Minthara: Your devilish patron is a delight, Wyll. Have you ever lain with her?
Wyll: I'm really not that kind of man.
Minthara: She will see her failure to seduce you as a stain on her honour. I know I would.
=====
Wyll: I really hope you're being careful with our friend, Minthara. I wouldn't want you to break each other.
Minthara: If I break them, it will be in the pursuit of pleasure, and they will die smiling.
=====
Wyll: Amorous passions usually make people more considerate, Minthara. Kinder. Sympathetic. Better at cooperating.
Minthara: They can also make people more protective, guarded, paranoid, and jealous.
Wyll: Never mind.

He Who Was Quotes
I was so intrigued by the note carried by He Who Was that @isolationstreet posted that I went through the script to see if there was more juicy content. And there is! Turns out he's not just a Shadar Kai, but a rogue Shadar Kai.
There is tons of content for Dark Urge and different classes. Also you can get a lot of Astarion approval for being awful here.
For a "random NPC" it's kind of a lot. Anyway, here are some highlights. Bold emphasis is mine.
Seems like the best outcome for people kinky over He Who Was is to have Madeline stab herself, but only once!
SCL_ServantOfTheRaven_AD_Idle
File description: An idle AD playing from time to time after the ritual. This gives hints that He Who Was and the raven are not actually supposed to be in the shadowlands
He Who Was (to Raven, cold and irritated): If you do not approve, you can leave.
Raven (this is a raven mimicking human speech (look it up on youtube, it's cool and freaky!). Emotionless and freaky. Getting louder and louder.): Not. NOT.
He Who Was (smug): I thought so
~~~~~~
He Who Was (discussing the player. Sounds a little sinister): We are fortunate to have found a companion.
Raven (this is a raven mimicking human speech (look it up on youtube, it's cool and freaky!). Emotionless and freaky. Getting louder and louder.): Companion. COMPANION.
He Who Was (speaking to the raven, sincere. He would be lost without his companion raven.): Be at ease. None could ever replace you.
~~~~~~
He Who Was (irritated, speaking to Raven): Do not look at me like that.
Raven: Caw.
He Who Was (cold and irritated): Our orders do not matter. We make our own destiny now.
SCL_ServantOfTheRaven_ShadarKai
Player [Bard]: It is an honour to meet one of the Raven Queen's scions. What brings you here?
He Who Was: For your kind to know Her ways is rare. You will suit the task at hand well.
SCL_ServantOfTheRaven_Memories
File Description: The player has delivered Madeline's ledger to He Who Was. The shadar-kai uses the book to channel her spirit. Player can punish her, making her stab herself the way her friends died, verbally admonish her, or forgive her.
Some things he can say that have interesting context about him manipulating the player:
He Who Was (trying to manipulate the player with a compliment, he doesn't really mean this): Your soul is lit with a grace few possess. It is… blinding.
~~~~~~
He Who Was (cold and calculated, trying to manipulate the player (totally does not hope the player sleeps easy)): You have denied her victims any chance of rest. I pray you sleep easy at night.
~~~~~~
He Who Was: The raven was right, we were fated to meet. Break her, my friend - most thoroughly.
~~~~~~
After having Madeline stab herself once:
He Who Was (Breathy laugh at the beginning and excitement in first sentence. Bloodied knife in his left hand, which he drops. He's shaking, blinking as he takes back control of his body. Returning to calm cold and calculated by end of second line. Cruel smile): That was genius, my friend. You have broken her in ways I could not have imagined.
He Who Was (wry sarcasm as he looks over his bleeding body, does not seem bothered by the pain): Though I'd have preferred not bleeding quite so profusely.
Player: That was fun can I do it again
He Who Was (deadpan and sarcastic): Not until I have recovered, if you wouldn't mind.
~~~~~~
After emotionally breaking Madeline
He Who Was (returns to his body with a jerk, smiling as he looks at his hand. Breathy with excitement like he's on a high): Ah! Glorious. Look - my hand still shakes.
He Who Was (delighted and cruel smile, little breathy as he comes down from the high. Collected and cold by "well done"): You broke her - most thoroughly. Well done.
Player: This was just some perverted fantasy of yours, wasn't it?
He Who Was (Cold and calculated): Perhaps, but we both got what we wanted, didn't we? Player: That was fun.
He Who Was (cruel smile, he believes him and the player to both we weirdo perverts): It is pleasing to see we are of one mind.
~~~~~~
Player [Cleric of evil-aligned deity]: Perhaps I will finish what the Dark Justiciars started
He Who Was: I thought I the teacher. But I have a feeling I will learn much from you.
~~~~~~
He Who Was (this sounds like it could be either a threat or a compliment depending on how you look at it. Cruel smile): The raven was right about you. Your name will be remembered
Karlach and Minthara party banter
Which almost no one will see since it's somewhat hard to have them in the party together:
If the player is in a relationship with Minthara Karlach: It's funny seeing you so smitten, Minthara. Didn't think you were able. Minthara: I took my first lover before you were a spark in your father's eye, child. She was a high priestess of House Vandree. Beautiful, elegant, ruthless. I adored her, and had been sharing her bed for some time when the order came that she must die. I stayed with her while the poison did its work, and whispered words of comfort as she slipped away. Karlach (quiet, shocked, just heard a very sad story): Oh no.
====== Karlach: Hey, so, what's romance like in the Underdark, Minthara? Minthara: In Menzoberranzan, romance is commonly a luxury enjoyed between women. Men are mostly present for propagation. Here on the surface, gender does not define one's role so strictly. There are weaklings of every sort. =====
Minthara and Karlach explore the sewers beneath Baldur's Gate Minthara: This place is foul. Drow would not tolerate rivers of waste flowing so close to their residences. Karlach: You've got slaves to manage your sanitation. Baldur's Gate doesn't. Though we do rely quite heavily on kobolds. Minthara: But surely the kobolds are slaves?
Karlach: Hell no.
Minthara (disappointed to learn ANOTHER miserable fact about Baldur's Gate - which is FAR inferior in her mind to great drow cities): Straj. Yet one more reason to despair for the fate of this city.
=====
Minthara: You allowed that smith to meddle with your heart, Karlach, simply so you can be touched? Better to shut off the carnal desires than indulge them. They are distractions.
Karlach: Yes, because every function comes with a handy switch. Next time I'm injured, don't heal, just turn me off and on again.
