- his hand would go behind your waist and just embrace you tightly

- no matter if you’re happy, sad or frustrated you know he has a hug in store for you

- when he hugs you, he loves to whisper how amazing you are in your ears, giving you confidence to face the world again

- no no khun is totally not jealous-

- long term hugs turn into cuddling sessions with him, his hugs are super warm owo

- “Hey Baam, can we…stay like this for a while longer?”

- doesn’t like to hug, well unless it’s given by him

- wouldn’t hug you no matter how much you beg him lmao

- but he notices if you’re feeling upset

- when you’re sitting on the chair, he’ll suddenly come up behind you

- he hugs you from the back and places his chin on your head

- his hands are cold from staying in the light house for too long, but it eventually warms up

- he’d whisper jokes and attempts to make you laugh

- if the jokes don’t work he’ll just continue hugging and squeezing you until you eventually give him a small giggle

- will never try to hug you in public TWT

- lmao Shibisu would totally tease you two for this

 * Rak Wraithraiser

- tsundere dinosaur crocodile lmao

- when he’s in his small form you like to pick him up and just hug him as he struggles to break free

-“STOP STUPID TURTLE! YOU ARE MY PREY, YOU’RE NOT SUPPOSED TO LIFT ME UP!”

- when he’s in his full form however,

- whenever he thinks you need a hug, he’ll just lift you up and put you on his lap

- no, he doesn’t care if you protest or struggle lmao

- he’ll share his Choco bars with you owo!!

- “These are the Choco bars blue turtle gave me, have one.”

- he’ll proceed to talk about his prey with you while you silently listen

- he’s just a huge talking teddy bear- just slightly on the bigger size scale

 * Androssi Jahad

- awhhh queen

- “Giving hugs? Me? Nah, I receive them.”

- will give you hugs regardless

- you can smell her mild perfume fragrance as she wrap her arms around you

- it makes you feel at ease

- both of you share small smiles while hugging

- she would ask you to stay a little longer even if her arms are tired

- “Everything about you is so perfect, I only wish I met you earlier.”

- doesn’t like it when people come to you when you guys are hugging

- she just kicks them away lmao

 *Hatz

- “What’s a hug?”

- ahh he gets super awkward and super stiff

- doesn’t know where to put his hands

- eventually decides to just put it in his pockets while he’s in your embrace

- he always tells you “I melt in your arms.” as he slightly blushes within your embrace

- he noticed how hugging makes you feel better

- whenever you get upset now, he’ll just stand in front of you with his arms opened

- “So… you want a hug?”

- why yes sir I fucking do

- he would gradually start wrapping his arms around you

 *Yuri Jahad

- damn she’s a princess but still

- doesn’t care about her status

- will hug you if she thinks you need one

- she’s probably one of the jumpy ones

- sometimes she’ll just leap towards you

- “MAKE WAYYYY!!”

- you don’t tell her she’s heavy unless you want to bear the wrath of her fist

- you love to listen to her laugh as you guys hug each other

- she’ll pull Evan in sometimes as well

- hugs are never awkward with her uwu

- whenever you guys hug she’ll repeat this over and over again “You’re wonderful you know?” uwu

 *Baylord Yama(bonus!)

- he’s like a huge fluffy dog TWT

- hugs are a must from him

- he’ll let you touch and pet his ears!!

- hugging him feels like hugging a soft pillow

- he’ll let you sit on his lap and just wrap his hand around you

- he’s quite fluffy so it’s super warm uwu

- you love the feeling of his soft breath just caressing your skin when you guys cuddle

- Yama actually has claws, he trims them often just to hug you

- he always blushes when you tell him “I’ve never quite as safe as I do in your arms.”^^

- I’m not sure if you’ll survive his hugs but hey  uwu

It was a quiet night, all you could hear was the soft autumn wind knocking against your window. A soft creak coming from the door behind you has you shocks you as you swiftly turn your head to see who it was.

“Oh. It’s you. Why are you still awake?”

“Why are you still awake?”

Yama stood at the doorway to the bedroom, crossing his arms as you feel his glare piercing through your skin.

“Hear me out before you annihilate me for sleeping late but I still have things to do.” You reply with a nervous laugh.

“Things that are more important than your sleep schedule that you should work on?”

“Quite frankly, yes.”

Yama lets out a small groan as he walks towards you.

“Puppy, I get that work is important but you really have to get some sleep.”

“After I’m done with this. I’ll be quick, I promise.”

He pulls out a chair and sits right next to you. You said nothing as you look back at your computer screen, furiously typing on your keyboard.

Yama lays his arms on the desk and rests his arms on them, looking at you with a gentle gaze, unable to prevent a small smirk from escaping his lips.

“What?”

“I like this, being this close to you.”

Yama reaches his hands towards your face, moving that strand of hair beside your cheeks and tucks it behind your ears. Blood rushes to your face, your stunned expression makes him laugh in amusement.

“Hm? I thought you had work to do.”

“How am I going to work if you’re being this intimate.”

“You don’t.”

Yama grins, he loves it when he renders you speechless since it doesn’t happen very often. He loves it when he gets to make you feel the butterflies in your belly; he loves it when you get flustered just by him looking at you.

“Come on Y/n, you know I sleep better with you around.”

The look in his eyes are almost begging, begging you to take a break from your work. You reluctantly shut down your computer and stand up as a bright smile makes its way to Yama’s face.

“Now that’s a good girl.”

He pulls you in for a tight hug, as he gently kisses your forehead.

“You know, your hearts beating extremely fast right now.” he teases

Your arms wrap around him even tighter as a reply. You crawl onto your bed, slowly letting fatigue settle in, setting sail for the land of dreams.

“Rest well, I’ll be right by your side.”

Shibisu decides that it is a good idea to throw a massive party on the last day before New Year’s. Almost everyone you know is there, the crowd is overwhelming but you manage to find your small group of friends at the corner of the living room

“Cheers!” A chorus of voices makes its way to your ears as you walk over to your friends. “Hey guys” You cross your legs and sit down next to the infamous princess and your best friend, Androssi. “Y/n! Took you long enough to get here.” Androssi says as she hands you a drink You wink at her while receiving the drink from her “Maybe I was trying to impress a certain someone.” “You act like you have the guts to even talk to him” Shibisu teases you while smirking Your face flushes red, knowing that you won’t even try to make a move on him. The embarrassment you feel makes you gulp down the entire beverage in one go. “WoAh nOt So fAsT-“ Androssi’s shocked tone makes you giggle as she pulls the cup away from your hands. “He’s at the balcony, came here just to watch the fireworks.” Shibisu mocks him then proceeds to take a sip from his drink. You open your mouth to say something but it’s replaced with a loud burp which makes your friends laugh. After a few minutes and a couple rounds of games your face slowly starts to feel heated. “Y/n how are you feeling, after chugging down that drink in one go?” You say nothing and just smile at Shibisu. The bubbly drink makes your skin feel hot, not even the air-conditioned room can cool you down. You resist the urge to take off the jacket you wore when Androssi suggest it.

Truth be told, when deciding on what to wear to the party, you wanted the pretty black dress you wore underneath the jacket to be seen by Hatz.

 “Childish idea-“

“Like always, Androssi” “Childish is an understatement, Isu” “Stop grinning Anaak you look like a clown. As I was saying why don’t we all give ourselves a dare, and let everyone decide on someone to actually do it.” “Alright I dare you to make me get the number of the female cashier at the floor below us.” “Laaaaaaaaameeeeee” You con’t keep a straight face and crack up at your friend’s crazy antics. When it was your turn to speak, a sudden surge of bravery,

Regret instantly piles up inside of you as soon as the words leave your mouth You frantically flail your arms as your friends all starts to tease you.

“Awh my Y/n became bold all of a sudden”

 “Stop it Isu, that’s not going to happen.”

“Hey no take backs now Y/n.” “Yeah we all know how much you want to- OuCh” You elbow Androssi, the shade of red on your cheeks seem more obvious now.

 Awkward thoughts of being alone with your crush flood through your mind. You can’t even talk to him properly, much less confess your feelings and kiss him.

 “Don’t you want to know how he feels? You’ve been obsessing over Hatz for a year now.”

 You stood up and take a deep breath before removing your jacket. Your cheeks redden with embarrassment as you hear your friends hyping you up.

 “Don’t think too much, just goooo!”

 “THAT’S OUR Y/N GO GET EM- oUCh- what was that for?”

“Hey.”

 The unamused look on Hatz is replace with a small smile as he sees you coming towards him.

 “Uh, hi.” you shyly waved

“OKaY act cool, calm down Y/n it’s just Hatz, alone, with you, on the balcony, don’t panic… more importantly don’t tell him how good he looks and don’t stare into his eyes and don’t-“

 “Are you okay?”

 “Oh yeah, just had a couple of drinks with the others.” Your mind spins as you try to spark a conversation between you and your crush.

 “I supposed everyone told you how good you look tonight?”

 “Well, technically you are the first one.”

 Hatz raises his eyebrows while slowly nodding his head

“My pleasure.”

 A k w a r d

 You clear you throat and attempt to start a conversation

“So…why didn’t you go inside for the party?”

 “I came to watch the fireworks.”

 “Care to elaborate?”

“I was about to.”

 “Oh. Carry on then.”

 You felt like face palming yourself “Well that was stupid and this was a bad idea.”

 “My younger sibling loved watching them.”

 “You have a younger sibling?”

“Two actually, a sister and a brother.”

His expression turns softer and more affectionate talking about his siblings, you wishe he could look at you that way, look at you like you’re someone he loves with his whole heart.

 “How about you? Do you like watching fireworks?”

 He motions his hands for you to come over, then he leans on the railing, smiling as he answers your question.

 “I do, but enough about me. Do you like them?”

 You stand beside him, hands holding on the railing

“I’ve grown to like them. Each of them in a different but unique pattern, much like us.”

 The both you of stay silent as you feel the light breeze brushing your cheeks. It was a beautiful moment, the moon light gleams as the stars shine. Just you and Hatz on the balcony together, enjoying the view.

 Loud voices from the room voices makes you realise that your friends were counting down to the dawn of a brand new year.

 “FIVE”

With each passing second your heart beats faster than ever,

 “FOUR”

You turn your head towards Hatz while taking a deep breath

 “THREE”

Thousands of scenarios flash through your mind as you think of how this situation will go  

 “TWO” Your legs are practically shaking, you lightly tap his shoulder as he turns his head towards you “ONE!” You lean in and softly press your lips against his “HAPPY NEW YEAR! You pull away at that instant, “I’m sor-“ before you could apologize Hatz has his hands on the back of your head, pushing your lips towards him once again. The kiss the both of you share is fiery and passionate, all the emotion you have bubbled up for so long pours into that kiss. The bubbly drink you had makes you feel even warmer as your blood rushes to your face, painting it a shade of pink. When he finally pulls away, the sound of exploding fireworks and your friends cheering were muffled as you sink into your own thoughts. “You... you kissed me back.” Hatz’s uses his right hand to run through his hair, cheeks slightly flushing pink. “Y/n, this is quite a way to start the new year. Why don’t we make this a permanent tradition?” He playfully pats your head as you slowly take in what happened at that very moment. Of course you say yes. Hatz’s grin is hard to miss as you lean your arms on the railing, you watch as flames dance through the night. Hatz stood next to you and places one hand on your shoulder and another on the railing. Vivid lights brighten up the dark night sky, you seem never notice how Hatz’s eyes were never on the bright, magical lights, they were always on you.
