I'm curious why you hope that there isn't an official statement for awhile? I guess by /denial/ I don't necessarily think it has to be official because there hasn't been anything /official/ in regards to BG (as far as I can remember). Even the original People story said only a /source/ so that same /source/ could deny it. I don't know if there will ever be anything official from 1DHQ. The CO is the endgame and I think that will be official and well managed/controlled (compared to BG). Thank you!

I hope there won’t be any official statement for the moment because if we were to get one now it would be about Louis definitively confirming his fatherhood. There was a tiny part of me literally dreading it tonight. I think they’re going for it in a couple of weeks AT LEAST. I do expect it to be dragged way longer, too. They could end it as it was started, with People, sure, but I tend to believe they’ll have a proper statement this time around because the message sent at the end of babygate would be more relevant than the one sent at the beginning, if we’re right about Louis coming out not so far in the future.

Oh, the coming out will be very official, Louis’ one for sure! And I pray finally well managed, anon! Not that babygate isn’t, but it is made to look a mess and that’s not the message they’ll want conveyed for their bigger story, I suppose.
