Prompt: [ ☎ ] my muse calls yours in tears. (Kaz)
Bosco was in a frenzy. Kaz was missing. A matter of a few moments apart and he had fucking lost him. It left the cop in the height of anger, practically shouting at everyone to get their asses moving and find him. One wise ass officer had even made a remark about how Bosco had lost his witness and it sent Bosco over the edge, shoving him aggressively against the wall and ready to break his jaw so that he wouldn’t talk anymore. Unfortunately, he was pulled off of him before he could do that. He knew what everyone thought. Bosco took his job very seriously. His over emotional self often passion for what he did. And let them think that.
But deep down, Bosco knew it was more than just a job. More than just an assignment. Kaz was more than just a witness. “Take a walk Boscorreli,” his chief told him. And Bosco angrily glared at him but knew that no nonsense face that his superior gave him. Last thing Bosco wanted, was to be taken off this assignment. He stormed off to the lock room, slamming the door shut and starting to angrily slam, kick, and punch the lockers. Conveniently slamming to the ground the one of the officer who made that wise ass remark.
The only thing that stopped Bosco was the fact that his phone rang. He pulled it out, not even bothering to check the caller ID. “WHAT?” He demanded angrily. But all he could hear was the sound of . . . were those tears? Bosco felt his heart beat heavier in his chest. It was odd. That he could recognize the sound of a cry from someone he had known for what some may consider to be a short amount of time. “Where are you?” He further demanded, a burst of hope finally exploding within him. Or, perhaps that was fear. For what was prompting the emotional response from the other male.

So I had Yonkers playing really loud in my car at a red light and the lady next to me looks at me, grabs her rosary and closes her eyes. <666
After almost 2,5 years of pause, I'm actually knitting. This phenomenon will probably end in about half an hour.
