Hello Sparkles, I was wondering if you have any dating advice? I have no idea what to do, the last guy I dated didn't show up on three of the dates he set up. So now I'm a bundle of anxiety just think about trying to date again.

Ok right sorry, ah. Dating advice for the anxious beans out there. Be anxious. No really, be anxious. it helps! Your anxiety will prepare you for all the things that could ever possibly go wrong and you’ll be delighted at the things that go right. And if something DOES go wrong, well you’ve already thought about it a bunch of times and have preparations to deal with it and turn it around!
Anxiety isn’t always a bad thing, learn to listen to it and it can help you to be more prepared!
As for being too anxious to accept a new date in fear you’ll get stood up again, find someone new. Find someone who makes you their TOP PRIORITY. Find someone who you trust. If they dont treat you like royalty they are NOT worth your time.
Biggest piece of advice I can give you? Whoever new in future... they’re not that person who hurt you. Those bad falls wont repeat. Everyone has bad relationship history. Ev-er-y-one. Even your Sparkle Guru! You gotta remember that those bad falls were on those people, and the new ones arent that same person. Do your best to put your foot forward and hold your head high. The chances of it happening again are slim. Good luck hunny!
