マキネッタカッチマッタ
ついにマキネッタ(直火式エスプレッソメーカー)を導入。
色々と悩んだけど、ここは定番のイタリアのビアレッティ社製で、まぁ何ともフォルムが美しいこと。
使い心地も良いし、実はネスプレッソと比べても時間的に少ししか変わらない。
忙しい朝は便利な機械に頼りがちだが、そんな時こそ敢えての手作業で丁寧にゆっくり。広がる芳醇な香りと深いコクの満足感で朝のやる気スイッチオン。
