Extra thankful this Thanksgiving Day

I’m thankful to have woken up another day. Yesterday was pretty damn scary... I was hit in an accident on my way to work. Even though Sheila was pronounced a total loss and I’m heartbroken about it, everyone involved was able to walk away all in one piece with only minor cuts and scrapes.

I’m also thankful that even though we weren’t physically together for the holiday like we normally do. The family was still able to get together over zoom with Gramps and see each other.

It’s been almost a full week that my sister and I have been quarantined to our shared childhood bedroom. Both of us continuing to work from home and getting on eachothers nerves. I have never related to something more than this photo...
