I can't stop thinking of Lucretia trying not to cry when she sees/finds about Taako's memory problems, having this huge guilt over her head that she did this

1.) How dare you give me an emotion on this day, now I’m feeling some feelings and it’s entirely your fault

2.) I’m going to have to write an entire chapter about that and give everyone else emotions about it too, as is required by law

But holy shit, yeah? Lucretia never wanted to hurt her family; she so desperately wanted to protect them that she made decisions for them, would have wrapped them in one of her protective bubbles of magic just to keep this thing chasing them from hurting them more. Already she has to deal with the fallout of her choices and the strains those choices have put in her relationships with them. And here’s a side effect that she could never have predicted and that she definitely can’t fix. 

She’s going to want to help. Of course she is, she always wants to help, but how much help will Taako take? And if she provides that help secretly, how much angrier would he be if he finds out? There’s a sort of desperate pain in wanting to make things better and knowing there’s nothing you can do; I think Lucretia would feel that intensely.

Hey!!! So, awful question, but I saw the mandrake post, and I really wanted to use the race idea-- but the only campaign it would fit in is a campaign I'm doing for a podcast. I obviously don't want to claim your idea as my own, so I want to ask if I could credit you and perhaps pay you for the use of the initial idea?
